Delivery, Installation
& Removal
Grab & Go
For orders that don't require custom installation, you always have the option of 'Grab-&-Go'. You can schedule to pick up your order at our Bristow location and won't be charged a delivery or installation fee.
If you choose to have your Grab & Go order 'delivered' or 'delivered w/installation', a delivery fee and install fee will be charged accordingly.
Either way, for all Grab & Go orders, we'll inflate and construct your balloon order, provide any hanging materials necessary for set-up, and have everything ready for easy pick-up or drop-off!
Please be sure to consider your vehicle size before placing an order for pick-up!
Delivery
If you request delivery of your installation, or your order requires installation, the cost of delivery starts at $25 within a 10 mile radius of our location. Additional mileage is charged at $1/mile.
For large orders, a truck fee may be added.

For orders that don't require custom installation, you can still choose to add 'Delivery' or 'Delivery w/installation' to any order.
Installation
There is a Delivery, Installation and Pick-up/Removal fee for all orders that require installation.
For orders that don't require custom installation, you can still choose to add 'Delivery' or 'Delivery w/installation' to any order.

The Set-up/Install fee starts at $60+. However, the final amount depends on the scope of the project, location, and set-up time, and will be calculated and included in your proposal.
Removal
All balloons remain the property of the client.

If your order includes rented items (such as Arches, Chairs, etc.), you have the option of returning all rented items to our Bristow location within 24 hours of your event, or having them picked up by RedBee Balloons for a Pick-up/Removal Fee that matches your Delivery Fee.
We require an additional refundable deposit if renting any items. The customer will be held financially responsible for any damaged or lost items. Any damaged or lost items will result in the loss of the deposit.
